Returns

I want you to love your purchase, so if you’re not 100% happy, feel free to return it for store credit only or exchange it for another item (of equal value). Returns ONLY apply to ready-made garments, NOT accessories, custom orders, or made to measure orders. To qualify for store credit / an exchange, the garment must be shipped within 2 weeks of it being delivered to you. The garment must be in perfect, unworn condition. Once I receive the returned item, I will give you a store credit / an exchange if the garment meets the criteria. 
If a garment is returned and doesn’t meet the criteria, you might be charged a cleaning / repair fee.
If the garment is made to measure and there are fit issues, please email me (heycococlem@gmail.com) with photos of the issue, your name, and order number and I will fix this for you.  
One-pieces and bikini bottoms will not be eligible for a return if the hygienic liner is missing, damaged, or shows signs of tampering. 
I am not responsible for the garment being lost in the mail when shipped back to me. To avoid this loss, please get tracking and insurance. 
I am not responsible for your garment’s damages if it wasn’t laundered as instructed as stated in the listing upon purchase.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. I will pay to have a new garment sent back to you if you decide to exchange. Please only ship with USPS. 
If you return the garment later than the 2 week window, you will not be eligible for store credit or an exchange unless we agree on arrangements ahead of time via email.

Where are your clothes made? 

I cut and sew every garment in my studio in North Carolina.

Wrong Address

Please email me asap (heycococlem@gmail.com) so I can accommodate. If I’ve shipped it before you’ve contacted me, you’ll have to wait for the USPS to return it back to me, and you’ll have to pay to re-ship it. 
I am not responsible for the garment being lost in the mail.

Are you looking for models? 

Hi hottie! I am not looking for models at the moment as I really only do one big photoshoot before I release a collection once or twice a year. 
If I am looking for models I’ll announce it on my Instagram or Tik Tok (@cococlemshop)

Where do you get your fabric printed?

I get my fabric printed by a small family run business in California.

What fabric prints do you have available for custom order? 

All fabric prints are listed in my Instagram highlights (@cococlemshop) under my “Fabrics” highlight are available. I am working on a better way to display this information. 
Please know that I’m not always offering custom orders in every fabric print I have. Before emailing me to inquire if I am taking custom orders, check my website under “swim”  to see if I have a listing labeled “custom orders.” If there is a listing labeled “custom orders” then I am, and you can fill out the inquiry.
