Returns
I want you to love your purchase, so if you’re not 100% happy, feel free to return it for store credit only or exchange it for another item (of equal value). Returns ONLY apply to ready-made garments, NOT accessories, custom orders, or made to measure orders. To qualify for store credit / an exchange, the garment must be shipped within 2 weeks of it being delivered to you. The garment must be in perfect, unworn condition. Once I receive the returned item, I will give you a store credit / an exchange if the garment meets the criteria.
If a garment is returned and doesn’t meet the criteria, you might be charged a cleaning / repair fee.
If the garment is made to measure and there are fit issues, please email me (heycococlem@gmail.com) with photos of the issue, your name, and order number and I will fix this for you.
One-pieces and bikini bottoms will not be eligible for a return if the hygienic liner is missing, damaged, or shows signs of tampering.
I am not responsible for the garment being lost in the mail when shipped back to me. To avoid this loss, please get tracking and insurance.
I am not responsible for your garment’s damages if it wasn’t laundered as instructed as stated in the listing upon purchase.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. I will pay to have a new garment sent back to you if you decide to exchange. Please only ship with USPS.
If you return the garment later than the 2 week window, you will not be eligible for store credit or an exchange unless we agree on arrangements ahead of time via email.

I cut and sew every garment in my studio in North Carolina.
