Resale Policy
Resale on third-party platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, or Facebook Marketplace is strictly prohibited. Resale is allowed only through
in-person sales or on the retailer’s independent website.
Order Minimums
• Minimum Opening Order/Reorder: $100 USD
(excluding shipping costs).
• Minimum Quantities: 3 pieces in the same style/pattern must be ordered per product.
Payments Accepted
Payments are processed exclusively through our website or Faire.
Fulfillment Times
Wholesale orders are fulfilled within 1-5 business days. For expedited orders, please email us at info@cococlem.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. However, if your order is damaged in transit or you receive defective items, we will replace them to ensure you receive your order in good condition. Please email info@cococlem.com with images of the damaged or defective items.
For orders placed through our Faire page, returns may be possible through Faire. Please contact them directly at support@faire.com.
Packaging
All items must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Removing items from their original packaging will lead to the denial of future orders.
Photo Usage
Retailers are welcome to use our product photography for their websites and social media platforms. However, we kindly request that you provide attribution to @cococlemshop on all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Pinterest). Failure to provide proper attribution may result in the denial of future orders, and in some cases, may lead to the filing of DMCA copyright takedowns.
Please note that photos may only be downloaded directly from our website listings for use by our retailers exclusively.
It’s important to recognize that failing to provide attribution can have negative implications for both Coco Clem and the retailer's reputation. In the past, instances have arisen where online followers identified Coco Clem items on retailer social media pages without proper attribution, resulting in allegations of design or photography theft. To prevent such occurrences, we request clear and visible attribution when utilizing Coco Clem product photography.
International Buyers

Faire supports countries including the United States, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the U.K.
For buyers located outside these countries, wholesale orders can be directly placed by emailing us at info@cococlem.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Please be aware that international orders may have longer lead times, and due to current global supply chain challenges, shipping could take up to 6 weeks.
