Shipping

All orders ship from our Wilmington, North Carolina studio within 2-3 business days, and often the same day they’re placed.

After leaving our studio, delivery typically arrives within 2-5 business days in the United States and to most international destinations. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs or local carrier delays.

For international orders, duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are set by your country’s customs office and will be collected by the carrier prior to delivery.

Pre-order items require a longer production window of approximately 6-10 weeks.
If any delays occur, we will always notify you with updated timing. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and excited about your Coco Clem purchase. 

Returns and exchanges are accepted on new, unused items (excluding earrings and body jewelry, which are final sale for hygienic reasons).

• Request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery
• Must be shipped back within 7 days of return / exchange approval
• Items must be unworn and in original condition

Refunds exclude original shipping and include a 10% handling fee. The handling fee is waived for exchanges or store credit. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping. For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days, and exchanges within 2-5 business days after approval.

International customers are responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable shipping method. Coco Clem is not responsible for returns that are delayed, lost in transit, or held in customs. Duties and fees may be deducted from refunds.

Pre-order items cannot be canceled once production begins but may be eligible for return after delivery unless marked final sale.
