At Coco Clem, we believe that how we make things, and who we partner with, is just as important as what we make.

We only work with factories that meet clear standards around legal compliance, labor rights, and environmental responsibility. That includes fair wages, safe working conditions, protections against discrimination and harassment, and no use of child or forced labor.

We use certified materials whenever possible, including GOTS-certified organic cotton, GRS-certified recycled fibers, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 textiles, FSC-certified packaging, and TÜV Austria–certified compostable and bio-based components. Everything is made in small batches to reduce waste and support a more thoughtful supply chain.

Please Note: Not all items in our shop are pre-orders. If an item is a pre-order, it will be clearly indicated in the sub-header on the main product page.

If the product item is labeled as a pre-order, here are things you need to know:

Shipping Timeline: Preorder items typically ship within 6-10 weeks, but this timeframe may change if there is an issue or delay with manufacturing. If that happens, I will communicate any changes and keep you informed.

Combined Orders: If you order other items along with a pre-order, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order arrives. If you need any items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those.

Cancellations & Refunds: Earrings are final sale and not eligible for refunds for hygienic reasons. All pre-order items are made-to-order and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged due to production or shipping delays.

Because we begin production based on the number of orders and sizes placed, your payment secures your item and helps fund its creation. Once delivered, your item may be eligible for return under our standard return policy, unless marked final sale. If so, this will be clearly stated on the product page. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on earrings and body jewelry (including nose and septum rings).

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $200

After leaving our studio, your order typically arrives within 2-5 business days at U.S. addresses.

International orders may take anywhere from 2-5 business days to most major destinations. While UPS is very reliable, delivery times are estimates only and do not include any potential customs delays.

Pre-order items have a longer lead time of 6-10 weeks, plus shipping. All pre-order products are clearly marked in the title and description.
